Job summary

Arup in the United Kingdom is seeking graduates for ground engineering opportunities. The role involves assessing site constraints and geological hazards, analysing ground investigation data, and representing the team on site during earthworks and investigations.

You will contribute to integrated design solutions across multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will have an undergraduate or bachelor’s in geotechnical-related fields and meet visa/work rights requirements in the UK.

Qualifications

Undergraduate/Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Ground/Geotechnical/Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Sciences.
Full working rights in the UK and no more than 12 months in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Assess site constraints, geological hazards and ground conditions to shape projects at early stages.
Analyse ground investigation data to derive ground models and parameters for design.
Represent Arup on site during ground investigations, earthworks and construction activities.
Deliver total design by collaborating with other disciplines for integrated solutions.
Communicate clearly during all project stages from optioneering to detailed design.
