Job summary

Ashton Fire Ltd is offering a pathway for graduates into Fire Safety engineering through our 2027 Graduate Cohort. The role blends office and site work across our UK offices, with a mentor-led training program.

You will research new products, support design teams, develop fire strategies, perform site assessments, and model fire scenarios while progressing toward chartered status within the Institution of Fire Engineers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with offices to support fire engineers on projects.
• Develop fire strategy designs using codes and performance-based approaches.
• Produce technical reports with design assumptions and recommendations.
• Develop project management and client liaison skills.
• Attend site visits when required with guidance from senior engineers.
• Complete graduate training with mentor support.
• Pursue professional development and associate member status with IFI.
