Jensen Hughes is recruiting a Graduate Fire Engineer as part of its UK and Ireland expansion, based in Glasgow. The role offers early responsibility within a dynamic design team and ongoing support toward chartered status, with the Graduate Development Programme guiding you over two years across fire engineering and related disciplines.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, or Physics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland.
• Additional qualifications and experience.

Mansioni

• Carrying out fire engineering analysis on a range of new and existing building projects.
• Working across a diverse range of buildings, including high-rise office buildings, large retail complexes and airport developments.
• Analyzing fire growth, means of escape, structural fire resistance and smoke control using CFD and other modelling methods.
• Preparing technical reports and liaising with clients, including some of the largest building developers in the country.
