Arvato UK invites graduates to join a 18‑month Graduate IT & Business Process Analyst programme based at Hams Hall, Birmingham (with travel to other sites). The role sits between IT and BPM teams, offering hands-on experience across ERP systems, data analysis and process improvement with a focus on how technology supports operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related subject.
• Understanding of ERP systems and how technology supports business operations.
• Some exposure to coding, programming or scripting.
• Interest in business processes and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Structured, process-driven approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business teams and IT, understanding how processes and systems work together.
• Learn how ERP and wider systems support day-to-day operations.
• Map and analyse existing business processes.
• Identify process issues, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Support investigation of system and process-related problems.
• Translate business requirements into clear information for technical teams.
