Job summary
Arvato UK is offering a 18-month Graduate Programme in IT & Business Process Analysis at our Birmingham site. You will work 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, located at Hams Hall with travel to other UK sites as required.
Starting salary is £30,000 per annum with a strong focus on ERP, IT, and business processes. You will learn how our ERP and business systems support daily operations, map processes, identify improvements, and support system changes while developing your technical knowledge in
Qualifications
- Graduate opportunity with strong potential and technical aptitude.
- Degree in IT, CS, BIS, SE or related subject is desirable.
- Exposure to coding, programming or scripting is beneficial.
- Interest in business processes and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Structured and process-driven approach to work.
- Confidence to ask questions and challenge current methods.
- Strong communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Interest in tech-enabled business improvement.
Responsibilities
- Bridge between business teams and IT to align processes and systems.
- Document and analyse how processes and ERP systems interact.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Investigate system and process-related issues and root causes.
- Translate business requirements for technical teams clearly.
- Support testing and implementation of improvements.
- Develop technical knowledge of ERP systems, coding and BPM.
