Job summary

Arvato UK invites graduates to join an 18-month Graduate IT & Business Process Analyst programme at Hams Hall, Birmingham (with travel to other sites).

Play a pivotal role bridging IT and BPM, learning how ERP and business systems support operations. You’ll map processes, identify improvements, support testing and implementation, and develop skills at the intersection of technology and business.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in IT, CS, BIS, SW Eng or related field.
• Understanding ERP systems and how technology supports operations.
• Some exposure to coding or scripting through studies or projects.
• Interest in business processes and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Structured, process-driven approach with curiosity to learn.
• Good communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Bridge IT and BPM teams to understand how processes and systems work together.
• Map and analyse existing business processes.
• Identify issues, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Support investigation of system and process-related problems.
• Translate business requirements for technical teams.
• Support testing and implementation of improvements.
