Job summary

Arvato UK is offering a 18-month Graduate Programme sitting between IT and Business Process Management (BPM). Located at Hams Hall, Birmingham with travel to other sites, it is a full-time role designed for graduates who want to develop in technology, systems and business processes within a fast-paced operations environment.

You’ll bridge business needs with IT, learning how ERP and wider systems support day-to-day operations, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related subject.
• Understanding of ERP systems and how technology supports business operations.
• Some exposure to coding, programming or scripting.
• Interest in business processes and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Structured and process-driven approach to work.
• Confident to ask questions and challenge how things are done.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business teams and IT, understanding how processes and systems work together.
• Develop understanding of ERP and wider business systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Map and analyse existing business processes.
• Identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Support testing and implementation of system and process improvements.
• Build knowledge of ERP systems, coding and process management.
