Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related.
• Understanding of ERP systems and how technology supports business operations.
• Some exposure to coding or scripting through university, projects or personal learning.
• Interest in business processes and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Structured and process-driven approach to work.
• Confidence to ask questions and challenge how things are currently done.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Genuine interest in developing a career where technology meets business improvement.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business teams and IT, mapping how processes and systems work together.
• Learn how ERP and wider business systems support day-to-day operations.
• Work with IT, BPM and operations to understand requirements.
• Identify and analyse process issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support testing and implementation of system and process improvements.
