Job summary

Arvato UK is launching a 18-month Graduate Programme in Birmingham (Hams Hall) where you’ll sit between IT and Business Process Management, gaining hands-on exposure to ERP systems and end-to-end process improvement.

You will bridge business requirements with IT, map processes, analyze issues, support testing and implementation, and build technical knowledge while working in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Understanding of ERP systems and how technology supports business operations.
• Exposure to coding, programming or scripting.
• Interest in business processes and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Structured, process-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business teams and IT, developing an understanding of how processes and systems work together and identifying opportunities to improve them.
• Develop understanding of ERP and wider business systems in day-to-day operations.
• Map and analyze existing business processes.
• Identify process issues, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Support investigation of system and process-related problems.
• Use data and logical thinking to identify root causes.
• Explore how technology, automation and system changes could improve processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear information for technical teams.
• Support testing and implementation of system and process improvements.
• Build technical knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, coding and process management.
