Job summary
Arvato UK in Birmingham offers a 18 month Graduate Programme in IT & Business Process Analysis, based at Hams Hall with travel to other Arvato UK sites as required. Qualifications
- Degree in IT or related field and interest in ERP systems.
- Exposure to coding or scripting through university or projects.
- Strong analytical and logical problem solving abilities.
- Structured, process-driven approach and good communication.
- Genuine interest in technology meeting business improvement.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between business teams and IT, understanding how processes and systems work together.
- Map and analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support investigation of system and process-related problems and root causes.
- Translate business requirements for technical teams and assist testing and implementation.
- Develop technical knowledge of ERP systems, coding, and process management.
