Arvato UK is launching a 18-month Graduate Programme in Birmingham for an ERP Systems Graduate. You will sit between IT and BPM, bridging business needs with technology and learning how ERP and related systems support daily operations.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with travel to other sites as required. You will develop skills in processes, data, and system improvements, starting a career where technology meets business improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business teams and IT to understand how processes and systems work together.
• Develop understanding of ERP and wider business systems to support day-to-day operations.
• Map and analyse existing business processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, BPM and operations to gather requirements.
• Investigate system and process-related issues and identify root causes.
• Translate business requirements into clear information for technical teams.
• Support testing and implementation of system improvements.
• Build knowledge of ERP systems, coding and process management.
