Mott MacDonald is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Water Utility Division. You’ll work on feasibility through commissioning, delivering electrical and ICA designs for water and wastewater infrastructure while growing your technical and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Eligible for graduate role: <12 months' relevant experience (excluding placements) and a bachelor’s degree or expected degree in 2025 or later.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical and ICA (EICA) designs for water and wastewater infrastructure (infrastructure and non-infrastructure assets).
• Create technical outputs: plant general arrangements, power single line diagrams, cable block diagrams, instrumentation loop diagrams, P&IDs, control system architecture, I/O schedules.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.
• Utilise digital tools and data-driven approaches to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Gain exposure to project and commercial management with mentoring and training via the Early Careers Professionals Network.
