Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree
• Demonstrates Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Willing to travel and stay away from home as required (virtual working encouraged where possible)

Responsibilities

• Work across Electrical Engineer roles in Rail and Water teams, delivering safe, high-quality, sustainable design solutions
• Contribute to design development, technical calculations, site visits and multidisciplinary project delivery
• Support development toward professional qualification while working on UK and international client projects
