Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently (2025/2026) with at least a 2:2 in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity and analytical thinking and being a team player
• Willing to travel and stay away from home where required; comfortable with site-based working

Responsibilities

• Support the two-year Graduate GROW Programme across highways, rail, energy and water sectors
• Design and contribute to infrastructure projects using advanced software and digital tools
• Engage with clients and stakeholders across UK and international projects, supporting project delivery from concept to construction
