Qualifications

Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
Willing to travel and stay away from home (virtual working possible).

Responsibilities

Work across highways, rail, energy and water delivering safe, high-quality, sustainable design solutions.
Support projects from local schemes to major international developments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and pursue professional qualification.
Contribute to design development, technical calculations, site visits, digital engineering and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Develop core engineering and consulting techniques on client engagements in the UK and potentially abroad.
