Job summary

Arcadis is launching a two-year Graduate GROW Programme designed to transition graduates to professional engineers while contributing to client engagements and projects from day one. Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)

Responsibilities

• As an Electrical Engineer in our Rail team, you will play a key role in designing the systems that power and support critical rail infrastructure.
• As an Electrical Engineer in our Water team, you will work alongside our Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) specialists, delivering solutions for complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
