Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom invites applications for its two-year Graduate GROW Programme, designed to transition students to professional engineers. You will join the Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation team and contribute to real client projects from day one, developing core engineering and consulting techniques.

You will specialise in your chosen discipline, gain hands-on project exposure across UK and international clients, and grow through cohort training while embracing

Qualifications

• Accepted Degrees: MEng Electrical Engineering (preferred). We will also consider applicants with Master's-level degrees that include significant electrical engineering content, such as Combined Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
