Job summary

Arcadis is a global design, engineering and consultancy firm inviting graduates to join its two-year GROW Programme in electrical engineering. You’ll contribute to Rail and Water projects from day one while developing core engineering and consulting skills and pursuing professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
