Job summary

Arcadis is inviting graduates to join its two-year GROW Programme in the UK. You will work on real client projects from day one, with opportunities to specialise in mechanical engineering across Rail, Energy Networks & Renewables, and Water sectors.

The programme includes mentoring, cohort training and pathways to chartered status. You will gain broad experience through multidisciplinary teams on national and international projects, with exposure to design, calculations and digital modelling

Qualifications

• Demonstrate resilience, creativity and analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Graduate in 2025–2027 with at least a 2:2 in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to mechanical design across Rail, Energy Networks & Renewables, and Water sectors.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, sustainable engineering solutions.
• Support design development, technical calculations and digital modelling activities.
