Job summary

Lendable is hiring for an entry-level Customer Operations role based in Chatham, UK. You will train to become a frontline agent supporting customers across personal loans, credit cards, and car finance, handling queries from first contact to final resolution with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Three days per week in the Chatham office and two weekends a month (with a day in lieu) to ensure balance. You will work with AI-driven tools to resolve queries faster and help improve our automation

Qualifications

• Clear, empathetic communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products.
• Strong organisation to manage multiple tasks with a structured process.
• Good judgement and willingness to speak up for positive outcomes.
• Comfort with digital tools including AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general customer service and financial queries across products (loans, cards, car finance).
• Own enquiries from first contact to resolution or escalate as needed.
• Support customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable situations with appropriate options.
• Keep conversations on track, build trust, and log interactions accurately for audit.
