Job summary

Lendable Ltd in Kent is seeking a Financial Operations Graduate to join the UK Customer Operations team in Chatham. The role trains you to become a frontline agent handling queries across personal loans, credit cards, and car finance, from first contact to resolution.

You will work three days per week from the Chatham office and two weekend days per month, with a day in lieu. Strong communication and quick learning are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve general customer service and financial support queries across loans, cards, or car finance.
• Own each enquiry from first contact to final resolution, escalating when necessary.
• Support customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable situations with empathy.
• Maintain compliant conversations and log interactions for audit and learning.
• Provide feedback to improve AI-driven tools and knowledge base.
