Aufgaben

• Resolve general customer service and financial support queries across loans, cards, or car finance through multiple channels.
• Own each enquiry from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Support customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable situations, understanding circumstances and offering appropriate options.
• Maintain conversations with rapport and ensure compliance and accurate logging for audit and learning.
• Use AI and digital tools to resolve queries faster and accurately.
• Provide feedback on blockers, process gaps and knowledge base improvements.
