Job summary

Lendable is hiring for an entry-level operations role based in our Chatham office. You will train to become a front-line agent supporting customers across personal loans, credit cards and car finance, handling queries from first contact to final resolution and contributing to AI-driven customer journeys.

You will work three days a week from our Chatham office and two weekend days a month, with a day in lieu the week before to keep your week within five working days.

Qualifications

• Clear, empathetic communication, spoken and written.
• Ability to learn quickly, pick up new products and procedures.
• Good organisation to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes.
• Sound judgement and willingness to speak up for good outcomes.
• Comfort with digital tools, including AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general customer service and financial support queries across products (loans, cards, car finance) via multiple channels.
• Own each enquiry from first contact to resolution, escalate when needed.
• Support customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable situations with appropriate options.
• Maintain conversations with rapport, ensuring compliant, positive outcomes.
• Meet targets for customer satisfaction, quality and compliance and log interactions for audit.
