Job summary

Lendable is seeking an entry-level Customer Operations agent for its UK team. You will train to become a fully competent front-line agent supporting customers across loans, credit cards, and car finance.

You’ll take ownership of enquiries from first contact to final resolution and help improve automated tools and AI-driven journeys. Based in our Chatham office three days a week with two weekend days monthly (plus a day in lieu), this role combines in-office collaboration with remote work

Qualifications

• Clear, empathetic communication, spoken and written.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products.
• Good organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Sound judgement and willingness to speak up for good outcomes.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general customer service and financial queries across loans, cards or car finance.
• Own each enquiry from first contact to resolution, escalating when needed.
• Support customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable situations with appropriate options.
• Keep conversations on track, build rapport, and ensure compliant outcomes.
• Meet targets for customer satisfaction, quality and compliance by following procedures.
• Use AI and digital tools to resolve queries faster and more accurately.
• Feed back blockers and participate in process reviews to improve knowledge bases.
