Graduate Client Support Executive - Investment Management - Central London / Hybrid - up to £35k + bonus and benefits

We’re seeking a proactive, personable, and customer-focused graduate, ideally with a degree and/or experience in the financial or investment sector, along with some experience in a client-facing or customer service support role, to join a prestigious investment organization based in central London as their Investor Relations Client Support Executive.

Joining a dynamic Investor Relations team, the IR Executive will deliver exceptional service and support to clients, investors, and financial advisors via telephone and email. The role also involves administrative duties and acting as a ‘product ambassador’ on specific projects and initiatives.

Hybrid working arrangements are available, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Standard hours are 9 am - 5 pm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to inbound inquiries via telephone and email from clients, investors, and advisors
• Providing general administrative support
• Processing investor transfers and exits
• Preparing client documentation, reports, presentations, and mailings
• Acting as a ‘product ambassador’ and supporting product-related initiatives
• Gathering and monitoring investor feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Organizing and attending investor events to enhance client engagement

And additional duties as required.

What we’re looking for:

• Recent graduate (or similar) with 6+ months of experience in client services or customer support roles, preferably within financial services or a related client-facing role (1-2 years+)
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with strong customer service abilities and professional demeanor
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize workloads effectively
• Basic understanding of investment management and retail investment products is highly beneficial
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Proactive, flexible, and a team player
