Legal Business Support Administrator, London

Service Care Legal is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and flexible Business Support Administrator to provide comprehensive support to Legal Services at Bexley. This is a 3-month ongoing contract with hybrid working, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Role: Business Support Administrator

Location: South East London

Rate: £23.00 to £25.00 per hour LTD

Contract: 3-month ongoing

Please note that this role involves hybrid working.

Role Overview:

You will work closely with the Team Leader and other Business Support Administrators, providing critical administrative support to ensure legal processes and statutory requirements are met. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will assist in ensuring strict timelines and processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Legal Services, managing schedules, documentation, and communications.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet statutory service requirements and deadlines.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support various departments as needed, ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
