Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a Graduate Classroom Mentor to support KS3 and KS4 students across North Manchester secondary schools. You will deliver pre-set learning experiences and gain valuable school-based experience in a flexible supply role.

Ideal for 2026 graduates with a 2:2 UK degree, you will work 08.30am to 15.15pm, across multiple subjects, building rapport with pupils and developing techniques under experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree.
• Available to begin September 2026.
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students.
• Work across multiple secondary subjects throughout the school day.
• Create and sustain meaningful rapport with students.
• Day-to-day supply role across numerous secondary schools.

Engage Education are working with secondary schools across the North Manchester area who are eager to find academically strong, reliable and outgoing Graduate Classroom Mentor for the coming academic year.

In this role as a Graduate Classroom Mentor, the successful candidate will be required to provide fantastic pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across a variety of subjects. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside experienced education professionals whilst developing your skillset and techniques in an educational setting.

Graduate Classroom Mentor - Role Benefits:

• Providing pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students
