Job summary

Engage Education are working with secondary schools in the Rochdale area to recruit a Graduate Classroom Mentor for the coming academic year. You will provide pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 across subjects and gain valuable school-based experience on a supply basis.

The role offers a flexible schedule, day-to-day supply across multiple schools, and the chance to develop your teaching techniques with experienced education professionals. Salary is £110–£115 per day during term time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 UK-based degree; 2026 graduates welcome.
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable.
• Interest in pursuing a career within education.
• Available to begin role in September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Providing pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across multiple subjects.
• Day-to-day supply role working across numerous secondary schools in Rochdale.
• Creating and sustaining meaningful rapport with students.
