Job summary

Engage Education is seeking a recent graduate to join as a Classroom Support Coach in the Oldham area. You will deliver pre-set learning experiences for KS3 and KS4 across multiple subjects while gaining valuable school-based experience in a supply capacity.

The role offers a flexible, day-to-day supply arrangement across various secondary schools, with ongoing CPD and support from a dedicated consultant. September 2026 start date is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 UK based degree – 2026 graduates welcome.
• Experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring desirable.
• Available to begin role in September 2026.

In this role as a Classroom Support Coach, the successful candidate will be required to provide fantastic pre-set learning experiences for KS3 & KS4 students across a variety of subjects. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside experienced education professionals whilst developing your skillset and techniques in an educational setting.

Classroom Support Coach – Role Benefits:
