Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is recruiting a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Leeds office as part of the 2027 Graduate Programme.

You will support major water-sector projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver practical, well-engineered solutions for Yorkshire Water frameworks. You will be part of a local team of 25–30, growing through a structured progression plan toward ICE/CIWEM chartership, with four days per week in the office to enable strong mentorship and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Interest in water sector and professional development toward chartership.

Responsibilities

• Solve engineering problems and support development of practical water-sector solutions.
• Use design software to carry out calculations and design work.
• Collaborate with CAD, geotechnical, hydraulic modelling, and planning colleagues to develop solutions.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Attend meetings and site visits to build project understanding.
