Stantec invites applications for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Bristol office as part of the 2027 Graduate Programme. You will join a friendly, collaborative civil team delivering water projects across the South West and nationally, coordinating with hydraulic modellers and CAD technicians to turn ideas into real-world solutions.

You will learn through project work, mentoring and training, with a clear path toward ICE chartership and professional progression within Stantec's water sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• ICE chartership pathway encouraged and supported.
• Adaptable and collaborative team player with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support civil design team from concept through detailed design and construction.
• Assist with calculations, reports, design sketches and presentations to meet milestones.
• Coordinate design work with multidisciplinary teams including hydraulics and CAD technicians.
