Job summary

Stantec invites graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer in Bristol, delivering water projects across the South West and nationally. You will be integrated with our civil team, collaborating with hydraulic modellers and CAD technicians to turn ideas into real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support a civil design team to solve client problems.
• Prepare calculations, reports, sketches and presentations to meet milestones.
• Support work from concept through to detailed design and construction.
• Assist with site visits to gain practical insight into water projects.
• Coordinate design work with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, structural and hydraulic disciplines.
• Work with hydraulic modellers and CAD technicians to translate ideas into practical solutions.
• Develop technical capability and pursue professional accreditation toward ICE.
