Join Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in High Wycombe as a Graduate Civil Engineer. You will support local water projects and collaborate with colleagues across regional and national teams from day one.

You will gain experience across the full project lifecycle, from planning and concept design to tender, construction and early operation, while developing your technical skills with diverse civil engineering software and senior mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and schedules.
• Strong collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proactive problem-solving in civil design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the civil engineering team across project stages (planning to operation).
• Produce calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
• Contribute to civil design from concept through tender and construction.
• Attend meetings and site visits to gain practical understanding of delivery.
• Develop technical capability across civil engineering software and methods.
• Work with local and national teams on water projects.
