Job summary

Stantec in Exeter is recruiting for a Graduate Civil Engineer as part of our 2027 Graduate Programme. You will join the Exeter water civil team, collaborating with colleagues to develop practical solutions for water-sector challenges and regulated projects.

You will prepare drawings, calculations and reports, contribute to site visits, and benefit from mentorship and progression towards ICE/CIWEM chartership as part of our graduate development programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Unconditional right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of water projects for regulated clients.
• Prepare technical drawings, calculations, reports and health and safety documentation.
• Develop survey scopes and assist in design development.
• Attend site visits to inform design development and project constraints.
• Collaborate with Exeter water civil team and national water discipline; develop technical capability through projects and graduate development programme.
