Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. invites applications for a Graduate Civil Engineer in Exeter. You will join the Exeter Civils team, supporting concept to detailed design work on development and road infrastructure projects while liaising with clients and other disciplines.

The programme offers exposure to a variety of projects, professional qualifications, and a supportive office environment with opportunities to grow towards IEng or CEng status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an interest in the Infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concept, preliminary and detailed designs for civil projects.
• Prepare drawing packages, design reports, specifications and notes.
• Perform engineering design work including drainage networks and minor structures.
• Research new technologies to reduce environmental impact.
• Support health and safety risk management and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines and conduct on-site surveys.
