Job summary

Amey is recruiting a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Highways & Transportation Practice in Stafford. The role offers a starting salary of £31,000 and a 40-hour week, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements to support development on national and local highway projects across the UK.

You'll join a team delivering engineering, environmental and sustainability solutions, gaining practical experience from day one and supporting senior engineers on notable programmes as you build your career in

Qualifications

• Civil/ Structural Engineering Degree at Grade 2:1 or above
• A Full UK driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Prepare/Contribute to technical reports, design proposals, and client presentations
• Support the delivery of engineering projects for national and local highways
• Contribute to asset management strategies and lifecycle planning
• Use industry-standard software and tools to model and analyse options/performance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, geotechnical, environmental, and transport engineers

Education

Civil/ Structural Engineering Degree (Grade 2:1 or above)
