£28,000-£32,000 Basic + £8,000-£12,000 OTE

Flourish have partnered with an exciting client looking to hire a Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing commercial team in Andover. As a Graduate BDR, you'll be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy, engaging with prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and helping build a strong sales pipeline. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear development pathway into more senior commercial roles.

What You’ll Receive

• £28,000-£32,000 basic salary
• First-year OTE of £36,000-£44,000
