Graduate Business Development Representative

We are looking for talented graduates wishing to pursue a career in business development and management. This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in international experiences, with the role based in our London commercial office. Selected candidates will undergo an initial two-week training at our Dublin headquarters before transitioning to their permanent role in London.

The ideal candidates will be innovative, driven, and highly motivated to succeed. They should be client-focused with excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ability to multitask and work independently is essential, along with ambition and diligence.

The successful candidates will play a key role in our business development efforts, engaging in activities to gain exposure to our products, services, and markets. Initially, they will support team activities to manage and grow client relationships, eventually taking on more client-facing, revenue-generating responsibilities.

This role involves:

  1. Collaborating with management to identify and target opportunities
  2. Developing a lead database of potential prospects using tools such as LinkedIn
  3. Utilising our software and research skills to gather essential prospect information
  4. Qualifying prospects via email and phone against key criteria
  5. Scheduling meetings with prospects, demonstrating organizational skills
  6. Attending client meetings with internal teams for exposure to real-world interactions
  7. Assisting in the design and development of proposals
  8. Contributing to closing sales and bringing deals to fruition
  9. Leading the onboarding process for new clients
  10. Creating client development plans and exploring upselling opportunities
  11. Conducting account reviews to ensure ongoing client satisfaction

Qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Business Management, or related fields
