The Opportunity

Join PSI3 and be part of a team delivering innovative building engineering projects that make a real impact on the built environment. Our work spans everything from major commercial developments and cultural landmarks to education, sport, heritage and technology projects. As a BIM Graduate, you'll help create and coordinate digital models, work with multidisciplinary teams, and gain practical experience with industry-standard BIM processes and tools. You'll be supported by experienced professionals, given opportunities to develop your technical skills, and play an active role in delivering high-quality project outcomes from day one.

• Support the production and coordination of digital building models and project information using industry-standard BIM software, including Revit.
• Work alongside engineers, designers, and BIM specialists to deliver multidisciplinary projects across sectors such as commercial, education, arts and culture, heritage, science and technology, and sport.
• Assist with model coordination, drawing production, information management, and BIM quality assurance processes throughout project delivery.
• Develop technical, digital, and collaboration skills through involvement in live projects, working with teams across different disciplines and locations.
• Contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions while gaining exposure to projects from early concept design through to construction and completion.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant academic discipline, such as BIM, Digital Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering

• Full working rights in the country of application
• No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role
• Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts.
