Job summary

Radius is offering an exciting Graduate Opportunity in Customer Service & Operations. In year one you’ll learn business processes, systems and customer administration, supporting day-to-day Sales Operations and data management.

The second year shifts to customer-facing renewals, maintaining relationships, managing renewals end-to-end, and identifying upsell opportunities. A 2:1 degree and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in any subject is required.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities.
• Maintain customer and business data in internal systems.
• Assist with reporting, analysis and process administration.
• Develop understanding of CRM systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support service delivery and process improvements.
• Year 2: transition to a customer-facing sales role focused on renewals, retention and upsell opportunities.
