Radius Limited is seeking a motivated graduate to join their Customer Service & Operations team in the United Kingdom. The role starts with a focus on understanding business processes, systems, and customer administration, supporting day-to-day sales operations and data maintenance.
In Year 2, the program transitions to a customer-facing sales role centred on customer retention and contract renewals, including managing renewal portfolios, upsell opportunities, and meeting revenue targets.
