Job summary

Radius is seeking a proactive graduate to join its Sales Operations team in the UK. In year one, you will learn core business processes, systems, and customer administration while supporting day-to-day Sales Operations and data maintenance.

In year two, focus shifts to customer retention and renewals, managing renewal processes, upsell opportunities, and collaboration with Account Managers to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree in any field.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Able to adapt to change and handle delays/unexpected demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities.
• Maintain customer and business data in internal systems.
• Assist with reporting, analysis and process administration.
• Develop understanding of CRM systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support service delivery and process improvement.
