Radius in North Shields is offering an exciting Graduate Opportunity in B2B Sales Coordination. In Year 1 you’ll learn business processes, systems and customer administration, supporting Sales Operations and CRM workflows.

In Year 2 you’ll move into a customer-facing sales role focused on retention and renewals, managing renewal processes and identifying upsell opportunities. You’ll develop negotiation and consultative selling skills while collaborating with Account Managers and Customer Service

Qualificações

• A minimum of a 2:1 in any degree.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Able to adapt to change, responding well to delays or unexpected demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities.
• Maintain customer and business data within internal systems.
• Assist with reporting, analysis and process administration.
• Develop understanding of CRM systems and operational workflows.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Service teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Year 2: transition into a customer-facing sales role focused on retention and renewals, managing renewal processes and exploring upsell opportunities.
