Job summary

T3AM Global is launching a brand-new Liverpool office and is seeking ambitious graduates to join as Graduate Sales Executives. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to become a successful B2B sales professional, generating new business opportunities with commercial clients.

Based in Liverpool five days a week, you will nurture relationships, manage the sales cycle from contact to close, and benefit from uncapped commission, structured development, and clear progression as

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to work from the Liverpool office five days per week.
• Desirable: previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building rapport and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion.
• Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM systems.
• Collaborating with colleagues within a growing sales team.
