Job summary

T3AM Global is launching a brand-new Liverpool operation and is looking for an ambitious Energy Sales Executive to drive outbound B2B energy solutions. You will join a focused, high-performing team in a brand-new office, with coaching and clear progression into senior roles.

The role offers uncapped commission, a realistic OTE, and a structured sales environment designed for high achievers who enjoy building relationships with commercial customers across the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a sales or target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence working in an outbound sales environment.
• A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Self-motivation, resilience and a competitive mindset.
• Ability to work full-time from the Liverpool office.

Responsibilities

• Making high volumes of outbound sales calls to business customers
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building rapport and developing strong customer relationships
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriate energy solutions
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to close
• Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates
• Working collaboratively within an ambitious, high-performing sales team
