T3AM Global is recruiting a Graduate Sales Executive to join our Manchester office. You’ll receive comprehensive training and coaching to develop into a B2B sales professional, generating new business with outbound calls to commercial customers and tailoring energy solutions.

This is an office-based role with uncapped commission, a clear progression path, and ongoing development within a fast-paced, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn, self-motivated and target-driven.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to manage time and stay organised within a busy sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate new sales.
