Job summary

T3AM Global is launching a brand-new Liverpool office and is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to join a fast-growing energy consultancy. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to progression within a new team.

Based in Liverpool, you’ll generate new business, engage with commercial customers, and tailor energy solutions. The role offers uncapped commission and realistic long-term career development through structured onboarding and mentoring.

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong self-motivation and work ethic.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Resilience, determination, and a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work from the Liverpool office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building rapport and developing long-term customer relationships
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion
• Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM systems
• Collaborating with colleagues within a growing sales team
• Developing your sales, negotiation, and business development skills through ongoing training and coaching
