Job summary

T3AM Global is recruiting for a Graduate Sales Executive to join its Manchester-based energy consultancy team, offering full training and a clear path to business-to-business sales success. You will learn through coaching, make outbound calls to commercial customers, and develop energy solutions while building confidence and industry knowledge.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, with uncapped commission and strong progression opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• A recent degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivation with a strong work ethic.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Resilience and determination to achieve targets.
• Ability to work from the Manchester office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Learn how to identify new business opportunities and generate sales.
• Build rapport and develop strong customer relationships.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Work towards individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Keep customer records and CRM systems up to date.
• Work collaboratively as part of a motivated and supportive sales team.
• Develop communication, negotiation, and closing skills through ongoing training.
