Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generating new business through proactive outreach, phone calls, networking, and video meetings.
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to account management.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the shipping process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Solving challenges and providing solutions when issues arise.
• Working closely with the Operations team to source, quote, and deliver the best logistics solutions.
• Learning the global freight market and becoming an expert across multiple transport modes.
• Growing existing accounts and identifying new commercial opportunities.
