Job summary

Flourish is seeking an Account Executive to join our global logistics team. You’ll build relationships with SME clients, understand their shipping needs, and provide personalised service while learning in a high-growth environment.

The role offers a £30,000–£35,000 base salary plus strong first-year OTE, a structured 12-month training programme with expert coaches, and clear progression into senior roles. You’ll also earn lifetime commissions on all accounts you manage.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing SME clients.
• Understand customer shipping habits and identify areas for optimisation.
• Provide personalised service and follow-up support.
• Take part in a 12-month sales programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning.
• Onboarded accounts require pricing, billing queries, and service improvements.
• Work towards promotional pathways tied to performance milestones.
• Lifetime commissions on all accounts you manage.
